Abstract: Work commitment is an important issue that is busy being discussed at this time. Nurses who have a high commitment to the organization will show greater effort in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effects and the magnitude of the role of leadership, work safety, work experience, organizational climate, work ability and self-perception of the commitment of nurse work. The type of research used is quantitative research using a cross sectional research design.
