The zero energy cool chamber (ZECC) is used as storage for the extension of the shelf life of stored fruits and vegetables. However, there are limited researches on the use of ZECC for storage of mangos in Nepal. Therefore, the present study was conducted to qualify the quality and storability of mangos in different storage structures such as ZECC, room, and freeze conditions.
