Abstract: This study explored on the effect of employee motivation on performance of agriculture sector in Trans Nzoia County, Kenya. The specific objective of this study were; employee innovation, employee incentives, employee flexible schedules and employee feedback on performance in Kenyas Trans Nzoia County. The findings of the study are intended to be useful to Kenyan policymakers, agricultural sector and researchers and scholars.
