Abstract:
In spite of the vast efforts that have been made by government and NGOs to sustain food security in Sudan, still 4.5 million people of Sudanese are food insecure. Many factors are accountable for this, including: limited access to food, due to low productivity of crops and severely increase of food prices. This tough situation forced farm households to adopt different strategies to cope with their food gaps which is reported between (51-91%) of the total requirements.
