Abstract:
Without clarity, consistency and continuity in their communications, organizations have difficulties standing out as interesting and distinctive brands in a cluttered marketplace. And without consistency between messages, procedures and behaviors, words and deeds, organizations cannot expect to be recognized as legitimate players in the contemporary globalized world. Performance of manufacturing firms is measured through attributes or metrics that permit know if the strategic goals provide information and direct feedback of the processes involved in the Supply Chain paradigm.
