Abstract: This research paper presents a comprehensive approach to disaster management, with a specific focus on preparedness for natural disasters in Texas. The study emphasizes the importance of early warning systems, utilizing advanced technologies like high-resolution satellite imagery and remote sensing data for effective disaster monitoring and response. The proposed integrated disaster management system is designed to enhance the resilience of communities through improved risk awareness, hazard monitoring, and efficient information dissemination.
